Our fire and smoke biltong is created from premium topside beef and marinated in a traditional South African blend of spices.
Giving you that smokey bbq flavour with the kick of the habanero.
Fire and Smoke biltong is available wet, medium or dry (for those new to biltong, the simple way to choose is to decide how you like your steak cooked… wet = rare, medium = medium, dry = well done). The wet biltong is soft and tender, whilst the dryer is great for those who prefer it a little more chewy.
Fire and smoke biltong is available is various bag sizes. It might be good to know that you can freeze biltong too (see FAQ for details). So there’s no concern if you over-order.
