Our tandoori biltong is created from premium silverside or topside beef and marinated in a blend of pre mixed Crown National spices imported directly from South Africa.
Tandoori biltong is available wet, medium or dry (for those new to biltong, the simple way to choose is to decide how you like your steak cooked… wet = rare, medium = medium, dry = well done). The wet biltong is soft and tender, whilst the dryer is great for those who prefer it a little more chewy.
Tandoori biltong is available is various bag sizes. It might be good to know that you can freeze biltong too (see FAQ for details). So there’s no concern if you over-order.
You can choose to have the tandoori biltong thinly sliced, chunked (something to get your teeth into), or as whole biltong, just as it comes out of the dryer.
