A taste of South Africa! Our Mrs Balls chutney biltong is created from premium silverside or topside beef and marinated in a blend of pre mixed Crown National spices and Mrs Balls chutney imported directly from South Africa then smothered in Mrs Balls chutney again half way through the drying process.  This give a sticky, sweet flavour.
