Biltong baked potato
Heart-warming baked potato, oozing with cheesy goodness and a biltong chew.
Ingredients
- 1 large baking potato
- 60 g cheddar cheese (more or less depending on how cheesy you like it)
- 50 g original sliced biltong (substitute this for chilli or peri peri if you like to spice it up)
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven 200 degrees C for 10 minutes
- Wash and prick the spud, then smear with the salt
- Cook the potato in the oven for 1hr to 1hr 20mins
- Remove from oven
- Fill the potato with the cheese and biltong
- Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
