Biltong, biltong, biltong
Biltong is generally eaten on it’s own as a high protein, low fat, nutritious snack.
Instructions
- Take a bag to watch with a film, football etc.
- Take it with you on the go! For times when hunger strikes - perfect solution.
- Post workout - forget your protein shake - grab a bag of biltong for the protein injection, and don't forget it is a good source of vital minerals like zinc, iron and magnesium and vitamin B-12 to boot! (52g protein per 100g biltong!)
- In lunch-boxes; if they aren't kept in the fridge, it doesn't matter. Biltong does not need to be kept refrigerated, so it's still safe to eat at lunchtime.
